The life I chose
It looks as if life doesn’t necessarily have a script. You may carry around these memories like you are carrying a very heavy backpack.
It could be something as small as an offhanded comment someone made, or it could be something bigger like an opportunity you had that you failed to capitalize on. Afterwards the weird thing about life comes. Life will not always make sense.
You need to set your own self free or keep being set back by the word unpredictability. It will remove a lot of frustration, and you won't be as far removed from the problems that you desperately want to avoid. You will have just removed the anticipation you have had for avoiding those problems. This is all about your own control.
You get to choose what is important, what counts as a good day. It can be finishing that general clean up in your small bedroom, or helping a person, a random stranger or a loved one.
It could be overcoming a habit like choosing to stay very calm when you normally wouldn't to someone pissing you off constantly. That's a big achievement and I will reward myself with a good meal if I'm able to do that.
If life doesn't give you meaning, you create it, it is even more liberating. I dare to say life may not give you meaning at all so skip waiting and just do it like Nike.
I thought that the more you think about something, the clearer it gets, but it has become clear to me that thinking gets you more stuck and more tangled up in a mess.
