The uniform i disrespect

People in uniforms look important. But they're not. Not all of them. Why should i respect them? For letting my uncle dealing with drugs? For letting him run around with an axe? For not telling the social wellfare about it? For not helping me, when i needed their help at most? It's really hard for me to see that uniform. And when i see it too often a day, i get mad again. Everything is in my mind again. The time back then. That one dark night. I tried it. I really tried to talk to them. Even if it was just too late. But still, i tried it. And their answer was annoying and with disrespect. So why should i pay respect to them? I really tried it the peacfull way. I tried to clear some things. But with no luck. So i used the hard way. The same way as them. The disrespect. I showed them my finger. Every time i saw them. And only once they hit on that. They said normally i would've to go to youth court for that. But they didn't drag me there. Just because they know my dad. Or was it more because they were afraid? Afraid that i would open my mouth. Afraid of getting in trouble. Afraid of facing the truth. Afraid to see the helpless child in me. For me, they have a tiny one. Posting on Facebook about their "big" busts. But when they're really needed, they just disappear. It's not the person in it. But it's the uniform i disrespect!
