The person you once knew three years ago may seem like a stranger today. He or she has not played tricks on you. People just change with time. That is what we do.
You would spend too long thinking of why things ended. Why things were destroyed. Why that person changed.

You wonder if there was some sort of explanation. In real life there probably wasn't. Change mostly happens without planning, you didn't see it coming, you're going to say that a lot before you die.

Nothing must be accounted for by anyone else but you. Something could go wrong. Your plans fail and the friends desert you.

Your job could be lost and years of effort you've spent on some project can easily fall into oblivion. This is what life offers to those who have failed somewhere.

A lot often find themselves in a rut. Thinking that when everything falls apart, the tale ends there, no sir that's not true.

What's true?

Life never stands still.

The universe does not freeze while you are grieving, on the contrary, it continues moving along pretty fast. All you need to choose is whether you are going to continue or remain trapped in the past.

Choosing to proceed is hard as hell. To many it seems that you give up on something essential. The past takes a lot from you, from your the current moment.
You do not have to be fine from one moment to the other. You do not have to act as if you are all right.

Know that life moves on. There is nothing you can do about it. This is all that truly matters. Keep going man, keep going.
