The grass survives when the strong tree falls in the storm

The rain stopped around 4PM yesterday. Most of us stood looking at the big mahogany tree that fell down next to the pharmacy shop, it blocked the gutter. The tree appeared to be very solid before the wind started blowing hard. Right now it is nothing but a log on the ground. But one thing I noticed was that the grass is still there. The grass is still green and it is right where it was before the disaster. These are things that a wise person can stop, look think about it a little a figure a fact of life. There's a point where some hard things eventually break.

Today, the ground is wet all over because of last night's rain. As I walked to the gate, I noticed there were plastic bottles floating in the small pool of water that formed at the bottom of the driveway. We have bad roads in this country.

But the grass staying is a sign of something. Being soft is actually a type of strength, but it's a little difficult to describe the strength. Generally people want to be tough like iron because they say life is hard and it gives no chance for the soft guys.

But Iron is heavy plus it's a much bigger burden to take it with you if you have to move somewhere.

It's obvious that ghe grass is soft but it's deeply rooted to the ground and perhaps the reason the grass isn't damaged from the wind is because it doesn't try to fight it. The grass just sways in the wind. My shoes are soaked from stepping in the puddles that formed in the yard. The grass doesn't care if it's tall or short, it just bends to the ground. The outside is extremely quiet right now, the sun is beginning to shine through the clouds again.
