Vandalization bail, $20,000

I'm just scratching my head trying to figure out why the Hollywood Walk of Fame gets vandalized so often. I think that maybe the city should just cover it up with sand and cement. I also think that James Otis has one of the most unoriginal ideas ever. He calls it vandalism and I feel like most of the people that I know would call it falling on the pavement and just so happen to vandalize. This is some ridiculous way of thinking. Otis has been a protester against the stars since 2016, when he decided to vandalize Trump star. He also takes it a step further and stands there and just so happens to pay the bail of anyone that vandalizes the star with him.

I don't know what type of weather they have on the other side of the country, but the people on the other side have a different weather type when you compare it to what we have to deal with here in Ghana. Last I heard, Austin Clay is sitting behind bars because he made a protest that is considered controversial in the Hollywood sphere. It just so happens that on top of that, he also has a $20,000 bail. So, would you say that protest has a value of $20,000? I don't think so, but James Otis seems to have the same opinion when it comes to actually finishing that protest. What a lot of people don't have is the same type of commitment that Otis seems to have when it comes to purpose. It's a pointless thing if you ask me but bro has purpose I'll give him that.

I and probably most people like me will complain about this type of thing to their friends over lunch and just post some comments on social media, but these people decided to go and break some real sweat over it. The trouble they went through to pull this off, the concrete pieces, the insurance, the 24/7 monitoring, the disruption to the life of the contractor who will be fixing the road in a week's time. The entire thing is an interesting celebrity drama but if I consider it in real life, it's just not worth $20,000 unless he's making more from the fame he'll be getting. One person starts the interest, someone sets the next person’s matches. At a certain level of our modernized social involvement, it’s no longer about the politics, but the interest and concentration to keep this sort of thing going. I think the two people just really enjoy the sound of a pickaxe impacting a solid surface with the name of a person they hate on it. I know over simplified the reason but they enjoyed what they did.
