so it's a permanent increase in production rate, yeah?!
does that only apply on buildings upgraded in the future (no pun intended) or should that apply to all past upgrades, too?
So one person that starts from now, from zero, will have more benefits, right?
And one person that already upgraded a lot, goes to f*ck himself i guess :D
