Yes, sometimes we can be so overwhlemed with busyness and activities that our powerful focus can be diluted and we don't get as much done and become more stressed.

@luppers, Yes, Less Is More. Sometimes we think that to come into shape or to give any situation a better shape needs heavy work and efforts, but it's not complete reality, simple steps and actions bring big changes and can help us to achieve what we want. Stay blessed.

Yeah.
I no longer take medication or medical drugs for almost two decades now.
I also do the intermittent fasting for more than 2 years now and do a combination of prayer and meditation regularly.
Quite great doing these stuffs in my daily life.
I hope many people will realize these practices as essential in our growth in body and soul.

Good points raise here I have been thinking about fasting myself recently. The ancients did it as a regular practice and this is where the religious texts got it from I think. Your point about us originally going for periods without food really resonated with me, dam i'm going to try a fast day each week. I'm also a big fan of just being as I spoke of in my recent podcast; just being in nature and observing, sitting does wonder forth mind 💯🐒
