Not mine. An old friend of mine is head of the project. His circle has been making music together since the late '80's. They are all exceptionally talented. I still listen to their garage tape from 1991 from time to time. These (then) 18 year olds were writing better stuff than 90 percent of what was popular back then.

Checking out your track now. I never was able to develop a healthy appreciation for hip hop, so I'm not one to critique. I can say that I didn't stop it until it ended, and it sounds every bit as polished as the stuff some of my friends listen to. Also, it didn't make my eye twitch, so there's that! :D Very nice work.

bwahaha... Lots of people don't like hip hop because it lacks the intellect it is capable of... thanks for the input..

Naw, it's just that by the time 2 Live Crew, Run DMC, and The Beastie Boys got popular, I was already deep into Iron Maiden, Slayer, and Metallica!

I started as a fan of the beat makers and the DJs. Metal to me isn't as impressive... the music can be awesome but lyrically it doesn't motivate my mind.

Yeah. It's the musical aspect that I love most about metal. And my first love was The Beatles when I was 9, so I was spoiled from the get go. Check this out. He's the brother of a friend of mine. I thought it was pretty good even thought not my taste. See if you like it.

I'll check it out... they aren't on here though?

I guess not. I'll set them straight! I should mention he records all his stuff in his shed!

Let me say that if metal doesn't interest you lyrically, you just haven't heard the right tracks. Check this out. These guys make me feel like a teenager again.
