How in the world do I get back into DTube??

Well it's been about 10 months since I last uploaded on DTube and it would appear that all of my DTC, my viewcount, and my upvotes have all vanished. My videos are still there, thankfully, but now I cannot upload videos or even make comments without DTC. How am I supposed to get back into this? It wasn't this restrictive before.
