Very interesting idea, if everything is about perception realizing which perceptions trigger your state of well being could definitely have positive impacts throughout life.

Thank you for your comment ! Exactly, it's all about what you perceive as being relaxing because some noises can be perceived as very relaxing to some people and very stressful to some others.
