I CANT UPLOAD VIDEOS ON DTUBE

I've been trying severally but I've never been able to upload a video on dtube.
I did everything I was suppose to do right and it still didn't work. This is not the first time, I tried for the first time last 2 months before trying again yesterday to no avail.

After uploading everything the 'submit' button just doesn't work.

The button is unresponsive.
