Great video. I find it sooo hard to listen, i mean really listen. I am always thinking about what Im about to say rather than, like you say, actually listening to the person and learning their point of view.

It’s a learnt skill buddy, earlier on I thought I had to do all the talking ;) it’s the complete opposite in fact !!
