Paul never once attributed his success in ministry to his own ability to labour.

He laboured, yes, but it was grace that made that labour productive. That is the part many of us miss. You can work extremely hard and still see nothing come of it if grace is not the one carrying it.
What makes your labour result oriented is the grace of God on your life, nothing else.
