To be fair old David Morgan has been banging this drum for years. I think he's just reading the technicals like everyone else to form his conclusions. He could be right this year as everything seems to be lining up, but I think the timescale of the 'skyrocket' is likely to be stretched out over a number of years. By 2020 we should be on our way though.
