Dear @kelitasahliah. Self help doesn't work. It's never has and that is why the so called 'gurus' are taking advantage of people's ignorance and their weaknesses, because most people actually believe self-help works. I really recommend you check out Dan Pena on YouTube and you'll see what I'm talking about. He's the best high performance coach and he's not likeable at all..
