One Week FITNESS Diary [Weight Loss Journey] [Fitness Blog #21]

This was from a while back about a two years ago and so far I am only 50% there in reaching my fitness goal
MONDAY (4/2/18)
Did not workout on this day. This week I had plenty of stuff to do from college.
TUESDAY (4/3/18)
I could've worked out in the morning on this day but AGAIN I did not because I thought I had an assignment that was due in the morning but it was actually at night. I was pretty upset with myself because I could've done BOTH cardio and weights on this day but I fucked up.
WEDNESDAY (4/4/18)
My friend helped me out on this day so thank god he helped me get back to the grind. This day I decided to go on hike so I consider this as my cardio. Normally I go on a treadmill for one hour for my cardio but this time I figured spicing things up a bit. I recorded my steps using a health app and sweatcoin app. 20,000 steps is about 1000 calories burned so I'm going to eyeball this and say I burned between 600-700 calories.
I ONLY did cardio so this day was a okay but I really needed to get the ball rolling.
THURSDAY (4/5/18)
CENTER: I did 3 sets, each set 12 reps using 10 pound dumbbells.
RIGHT: I did 3 sets, each set 12 reps using 40 pound bar.
CENTER: I did 3 sets, each set 12 reps using 50-60 pounds on the shoulder-press machine.
RIGHT: I did cardio. I wanted to do 1 hour but I only had time to do 42 minutes
I did BOTH weights and cardio so this day was a success.
FRIDAY (4/6/18)
1st left picture I did 100 reps splitting it in 4 sets. 2nd row I did 50 reps at my own pace. For the middle row I could've done more but lying down makes me lazy so I had to move on to a different workout. 3rd row is supposed to be for love-handles/side-stomachs. For the 3rd row I rotated left and right 25 reps for each side until all the reps added up to a total of 200 reps.
I did BOTH weights and cardio so this day was a success.
SATURDAY (4/7/18)
I celebrated a birthday with my family plus my legs were really sore. I fucked up on this day
SUNDAY (4/8/18)
My legs are still sore on this day. This day I went to work so I got a bit or cardio and got a few Sweatcoins. I fucked up again on this day.
SUMMARY
The purpose of this was to motivate myself to be more active and to show more ACCURACY on my weight loss journey.
This week was a disappointment to me. I did much better last week as I went 4 out of 7 days. This week was only 2.5 out of 7 days (0.5 was Wednesday when I went hiking). My weakness is my time management. Balancing school, getting in shape, steemit, work, and social life is hard. I decided to cut down my social life and post at a very minimum of 3-4 times a week here on steemit in order to juggle everything in my life. My top 2 priority is school and getting in shape.
For the next fitness blog I have a very good feeling that it will be a WHOLE 7 days a week since I went to the gym today as I am typing this.

Dude, I love how you are posting a combination of your diet and your fitness. I know it takes more effort, but it's definitely worth it because we get to see both sides of your journey! Keep up the great work :D
