"I move to upgrade our requirements for voting from participating 3 hours a week to
Participating 3 hours a week.
Attending 1 collective video call every 3 month .
Holding 100 keys or more."
This proposal was proposed by Dakota Kaiser and passed at 6/17/2017.
This is the second major decision made by the Earth Nation Voteholders.
