There are four easy steps to change thoughts-feelings-behavior patterns, which are needed to achieve change. Third, fourth, and fifth, you must listen to your thoughts and feelings. If you don't listen to your thoughts, feelings, and ideas, they won't be changed. To change something, you have to take action on it. That means that you have to change what you are thinking about, feeling about, or doing. In order to change your thoughts and feelings, you have to make sure that they are true and positive in nature.


The fifth step that you have to take is to visualize your new situation. Visualizing what you want brings a feeling of peace and fulfillment into your life because you have created it. Then, you can begin to make sure that you are dreaming in the same manner that you would dream if you were wealthy or whatever other goal you might have.
