Where is the good old-school Ebay rating system?

I just wonder, some years ago, there was one single 0-5 star rating system and a line of text, and nowadays you have fill out a ton of shit. See here. This is simply bad and too bureaucratic stuff a buyer really don't want. Where are the good old uncomplicated days?
