I think we could be so much happier if we realize that we don't need a lot of what we have and, mostly, of what we want.
Luckily I've never had huge students debts to pay back, but still working hard to get a wonderful house, or car, or whatever (and then keep working because of course this stuff requires maintenance) having no spare time to enjoy them, well, doesn't feel right to me. So when I try imagine how my own place would be it always looks something like that
