Is A Person's Right To Exist Somewhere or Someone's Property Rights More Important?
A person is born, and that person needs a place to exist, and enough protection that they can sleep well. This is a need, and it is very bad for humanity, or a person, to deny them of this.
However, before they were born, the people and govern-cements got together and divvied up all the land. All of it. A person could go build a shack in the woods, and if the "authorities" find him or it, they will tear it down and arrest him.
Even worse, the "authorities" demand that this person lives somewhere, that they have a home address where they can send the po-po when they want to enslave him. This puts the person in a catch-22. If the "authorities" demand that you must live somewhere, why aren't they providing some place to live? They provide some place for prisoners/slaves, but you, a kid just kicked out of the family house, have no where.
How do we solve this problem?
And we need to solve this problem before the home-less burn down all the homes, or worse.
We also need to consider how the govern-cement has wormed their way into owning all the land.

The problem isn't solved because T.H.E.Y. don't want the problem solved.
If we wanted. If we had the political will power, we, in America, could build a tiny house for every person in America. And the cost of doing so would be less than it costs for a years worth of Section 8 housing. Maybe even less than a month.
This isn't like providing food, where you have to continually provide food. And someone has to continually grow food. So, X billionaire couldn't just spend some of their money and solve it.
Housing is one of those things where you can build it, and it lasts a long time. So, we could all come together and build enough housing. In fact, we already do it, when we build prisons. We could build a jail cell, where the door locks on the inside, for every, man woman and child. And we already spend the money.
However, the banksters want the people to continue to bid up the price of housing. Up to the limits. And then slightly past. The banks make money off of creating mortgages. (and when is say they make money, they are actually printing money) And in this game the banksters play, the bank ends up owning all the houses.
If we told the banksters that they couldn't own the housing, because people need the housing, the banksters would complain bitterly, but what it ends with, is they just stop making mortgages. (which will be their death too) And this will result in house values dropping to near zero.
We already have more than enough houses. But, through shenanigans, they are kept out of the hands of people.
The banksters own everything, and so, we would have to use force to drive all the banksters out of real estate.

Is land property?
Property rights being enforced is seen as one of the basics you need to have a good society.
And a farmer has to have huge assurances that they will be able to harvest what they have planted AND sell it, else a farmer would never plant a crop.
However, when we turn land into property, then we are robbing future generations of a place to live.
With our current system all we are doing is making the youth outbid everyone who has come before. What a horrible thing to strap the youth with.
Can we solve this problem? Well, we have to. If we let nature take its course, then we see crashing birth rates, and then, soon after, we see all of this property on the market with no buyer. Or we see the banksters owning all the property.
Well, the first problem is that we have two evil groups. The banksters who want to continue playing games and making mortgages and squeezing every dime out of people who just want a safe place to sleep. The other group are people who have been sold on the idea that "Your house is your greatest asset". People who expect to sell their house for more than the bought it for. The same people who voted to not allow small homes to be built, because they would lower property values. And all this group really has done is keep the youth from affording housing.
(what is worse, is that after keeping the youth from having a house, they will want to sell, and there will be no one who will can afford the high prices. And as birthrates continue to drop, their house prices will drop to zero.)
We need to get both of these groups out of real estate.
And then we need to set aside land for future generations.

We will never solve this problem
We are already too late to solve this problem. In a decade we will already see the destruction of real estate. So many empty houses and commercial buildings. So many that they will be unsellable.
So, the problem will be solved by banks and the old people dying. Instead of kicking the banksters out of real estate. Instead of punishing the banksters for the evil games that they were playing. We did nothing till nature decided how to solve this.
But, i still have hope. The next generation gets into politics and starts actually working on solutions.
People who need land will be given land. Like the homesteading act that launched America westward. And
The new view on how things should be is that we should never be denying a person a piece of land. We have so much land. Anyone who has driven across the "fly-over-country" has seen thousands of acres with nary a person in sight.

What happens in the future is that we stop seeing land as property.
We are not the owners of land, we are the caretakers of it, at this current time, and we should make it better for the next generation. So, there will be no "real estate" (the king does not own it) and land will not be considered a financial asset.
Small communities (tribes) will form and will find a piece of land that is not already occupied, build large buildings, with many rooms, to support their members. This will be "owned" by the community, meaning, it will never be sold, unless all the members decide to move elsewhere. And even then, it will be given to a group that wants to move into the place, and continue maintaining it. (not sold)
This will not be a straight forward change, and it might not even be a thing that is argued over. It is just that humanity becomes more wise, and just realizes that the old way is stupid, and lets stop doing that.
Of course, during this changing time, we will have banks imploding, while T.H.E.Y. try to set up 15 minute cities. But the larger movement will, the great migration, will make all the bankster's work worthless.
Imagine a group of people, a tribe, and they have gotten together, and found a half built 15 minute city, and finished it for themselves. Now, the banksters don't have any claim over it, and may no longer exist. And each person there doesn't "own" anything, and they are happy.
