Currently the problem of loss of character in adolescents has been very alarming. Almost the teenagers today have lost their identity as youth. Supposedly, youth is the agent of change that brings good changes into society. However, today is just the opposite, the pemudalah who bring changes - bad changes that exist in society. This problem arises due to not ditanamkaannya character education for them when sitting in school so they fall into the free association.

According to data released by the police in 2015, the biggest drug sufferers today come from among teenagers. The presentation went up to 25% from last year. Not only that, a fact that is no less surprising is issued by a national survey agency that states that nearly 50% of youth in big cities have had sex.

The facts above are enough to prove that our teenagers are currently experiencing a character crisis so it's fitting we fix this all by way of naming character education for children in school. There are several ways you can do to develop character education. These ways become a powerful strategy for naming character education for children.

The first strategy is to include character education into all subjects in school. As a teacher educator must instill good values to his students. Values such as honesty, responsibility, cooperation, help, etc. are incorporated into the learning process. In other words, the teacher instills in the student the importance of the process rather than the outcome alone. That way, the students will get used to behaving well.

The second strategy is to create slogans that can foster good habits within the students. The use of slogans has proven to instill good habits. In addition, the slogans attached can also be a reminder. The more they read the slogans, the more remembered and conscious they are to perform the good deeds.

An example is a slogan to throw garbage in its place posted in school will make them embarrassed if not throw garbage in the proper place so they will get used to live clean and love the environment.

The next strategy is to familiarize positive behavior among the citizens of the school. There are so many positive behaviors that can be instilled such as respecting teachers, loving friends, cooperating, competing well, and much more. An example is to impose shaking hands between teachers and students every morning before classes begin will shape their character to be a respectful person to parents.

Schools are a small example of people's lives. At school there are so many people to see and the interactions that take place. If the school has instilled positive behavior to its students, it will be carried away as they pass and plunge into real life.
Strategies that can be done next is to provide rewards or awards to students - students who have good character. Giving the gift will motivate the other students. An example is a school can give awards to students who are achievers or students who look neat. That way, other students are motivated to do the same.

The purpose of this award is to provide good sample students or role modes. Usually someone will imitate or imitate his idols. Therefore, if they already get a good role mode of course they will also do good deeds.

The last strategy is to conduct continuous monitoring and evaluation. Monitoring and evaluation in a process is very important. This activity can monitor and can also help to find out what the shortcomings and advantages of the process being done. If a deficiency is found, it can be fixed so that what this does will get better so that the goals we want can be achieved.

If the strategies to instill character education within the school as mentioned above work well, we can expect the children to have character and behave well in the community later on so no more young people lose their identity as agents of change.
