Agenda 21: A Translation – Finding Dark Humor And Truth In The Abyss Of Bloated Bureaucratese (Part 19)

The aim of this project is to translate the bureaucratese of Agenda 21 into more accurate and clear language.

HEALTH (Agenda 21 – Chapter 6)

Decision-Making

1. Coordinating Body on Health Primarily, the coordinating body on Health is under the Ministry of Health.

Translation:  Medical Mafia

Parasitic Mafia on Death Care

Primarily, the parasitic mafia on death care is under an even more evil and giant monstrosity.

2. Participation of Major Groups in Decision-Making with particular reference to: Women; Local Authorities; NGOs; Indigenous People;Youth; and, Scientific Community.

Translation:  Illusory participation in decision making with reference to:  female tax slaves, locals, actual charities, nearly extinct peoples, wage slaves in training, and scientists outside of the mainstream grant-funded technocracy.    

Programmes & Projects

3.Access to Basic Health Care

Agenda 21 requires Governments to meet the basic health needs of their populations, and provide health care systems, emphasizing that health service coverage should be achieved for population groups in greatest need, particularly those living in rural areas.

Translation:  Access to Basic Death Care

Agenda 21 requires authoritarian groups funded by extortion to keep their tax slaves ill and dependent, provide lots of harmful pharmaceuticals, emphasizing that death service should be provided for poor people, especially those in rural areas.

4. National Strategy to Control HIV

With the spread of HIV infection, the socio-economic impact of the pandemic is expected to be devastating for all countries, and increasingly for women and children. Agenda 21 emphasizes the importance of national and international efforts against AIDS to prevent infection and to reduce the personal and social impacts of HIV infection through such measures as providing education and disseminating information on the control of the infection, and reducing the vulnerability of HIV infection of women and their offspring.

Translation:  With the intentional spread of compromised immune systems, the socio-economic impact is expected to devastate many more tax slaves in the future, which will help with population control.  Agenda 21 emphasizes the importance of brainwashing efforts in order to create fear in slave populations and to sell more catastrophically high-priced so-called HIV treating pharmaceuticals.    

5. Family Planning Programmes

Agenda 21 calls for population programmes aiming at mitigating adverse impact on the environment of human activities, including population growth. Family planning programmes involve reproductive health programmes and services, education and information.

Translation:  Baby Murdering Programs

Agenda 21 calls for baby murdering programs aiming at reducing the tax slave population.  Baby murdering programs include forced sterilization, overt murder of babies in the womb, and brainwashing.
