Elon Musk's Boring Company Tests Car Elevator That Brings Vehicles Into an Underground Tunnel System

Elon Musk took to his Instagram to show off the elevator that could  bring your car under LA traffic as a part of The Boring Company. See it  in action. 

The Boring Company's goal is to build a network of  tunnels to transport cars up to 30 layers deep. It would use an electric  skate to move cars up to 130 mph — enough to get from Westwood to Los  Angeles in just five minutes.
