Email id of poloniex

Lot's of people suffer by poloniex support, even me also. Waiting or loosing hope of coin, except this we can't do nothing. Now a day's 2-3 months is nothing for getting a response . I am very new in trading just by seeing good interface I invest on it. Doing this kind of irresponsible behaviour of poloniex get effect on the industry. Most of new will get fear to invest on any exchange. Writing about negative side of a business is not fair but what can I do, I wait for 20 days for reply -a couple of support ticket, sending mail, making a youtube video, tweets, post on discussion board but nothing works for me. I got some mail id of poloniex , where I send mail but not receive any reply. You can try your self .
