That's pretty positive (in my opinion - electric power does have it's own problems, it's not perfect). But if anything, I would expect the sales of electric vehicles to go up by an even higher percentage than this. In France, or any western market. I still would expect that the overal market is dominated by non electric vehicles, which would allow for big year to year percentage increases. But, I am just guessing.
