Those who run with tears in their eyes are the true heroes of life.

Don't envy those who seem carefree on the surface; they've simply muted their cries. Those who truly endure life aren't born strong, but rather heal themselves as they crumble, run while shedding tears. Those ordinary people who bear their grievances, swallow their bitterness, and keep moving forward are the most remarkable heroes in life.

Many mistakenly believe that the strong are heartless and never vulnerable. In fact, quite the opposite. Truly capable people aren't those without emotions or tears, but those who can maintain composure even when their hearts are churning; those who can wipe away their tears and finish what needs to be done even if they feel like crying one second. Those tears and snot are never a white flag of surrender, but rather the fuel that propels them forward. A person's strongest backbone is often forged little by little in the constant tug-of-war between wanting to give up and being unwilling to accept defeat.

Look around you, who truly lives an easy life? At four or five in the morning, breakfast stall owners are already kneading dough and starting fires in the cold wind, their hands red from the cold, working tirelessly to earn a few extra dollars; ride-hailing drivers are still on the road late at night, staring at their navigation systems, afraid to doze off, their minds filled with mortgage payments, car loan payments, and their family's expenses; office workers are working overtime until late at night, rubbing their aching backs while replying to work messages, afraid to complain, afraid to collapse. This isn't a made-up story; this is the reality of our daily lives.

Life is never smooth sailing; bumps and stumbles are the norm. Some people were just fired from their jobs the day before, but on their way home, they sat silently in their cars for half an hour, then opened the door and smiled at their children, saying, "Daddy will play with you"; some people are clearly struggling themselves, but when they see their family members in need, they grit their teeth and say, "It's okay, I'm here." This moment of forbearance is not cowardice or weakness; it's carrying responsibility on your shoulders, having concerns in your heart, the strength honed by time, and the most mature version of yourself.

Life is a long marathon. It doesn't matter who shouts the loudest at the start; the true winner is who can grit their teeth and persevere to the end. Those sudden misfortunes are like a cold rain, always trying to extinguish your hope. But it is precisely these storms that force you to grow stronger wings, forcing you to unleash your potential in dire straits. Those calm and composed people you see aren't immune to darkness; they simply swallow their tears, transform their grievances into motivation, and turn each setback into a step towards growth.

Tears are not weakness, but an outlet for clearing emotions. A good cry washes away affectation, resentment, and internal conflict, leaving behind clarity, determination, and resilience. Appropriate breakdowns aren't failures, but rather a way to unburden yourself and recharge under pressure. Even with tears in your eyes, you can't stop walking; even if you walk slowly and are tired, as long as you don't look back and don't give up, every step brings you closer to the light.

Don't care too much about what others think, and don't be intimidated by temporary difficulties. The hardest roads are always uphill; only those who can withstand the troughs deserve the peaks. The thought in your heart, "Just a little longer," is far more powerful than the gossip outside. Life never fails those who strive hard; the hardships you've endured, the difficulties you've overcome, and the tears you've shed will one day become stepping stones, lifting you towards a better future.

So don't be afraid of temporary setbacks, don't complain about the current difficulties. The you who run with tears in your eyes already radiate light; the you who persevere through gritted teeth will eventually be treated gently by life. As long as you don't stop, the brightest light at the finish line will surely shine on everyone who refuses to give up and refuses to bow their head.
