Which time are they announcing the finale of "Supernatural"? The creators like to troll their viewers like the author of "Gintama". But it seems that they are serious about it this time. I've never seen the series, so I don't mind. I do not like procedural series, especially those that are dragged by force, but since there were viewers, I feel a little sorry for them that they will finally have to say goodbye to one of their favorite series. I wonder when we will see the "great return after years" - later than in a decade? ;)

The Hollywood Reporter reports that due to numerous accusations of sexual harassment, Zack Snyder has decided to remove Chris D'Elia from the cast for his latest film Army of the Dead. He will be replaced by Tig Notaro. The movie is made for Netflix and is said to have a budget of around $ 80 million (+/- 10 - the number ranges from 70 to 90). Zack returns to the genre he started his Hollywood career with - undead movies. His latest production will tell the story of the zombie apocalypse in Las Vegas and a group of mercenaries tasked with infiltrating the city and grabbing all the money left in the capital of American gambling. The idea is pretty cool and as a moderate fan of his films, I would like to take a look when "Army of the Dead" hits Netflix.

Jon Favreau said on August 18 that the epidemic would not affect the process of creating a potential Season 3 in any way. This is due to the fact that the series is created in a slightly different way, a large part of the work, not to say most of it is thanks to computers and special effects specialists. Although pre-production has started (initial work on the script, ideas for episodes, characters to be moved in and stuff), Disney seems to prefer to wait for the epidemic to develop and the adoption of the second season. It is not surprising that the corporation has lost a lot on smaller profits due to the suspension of work on its main source of income (Marvel series and movies), so they have to spend more money in order not to run into deeper financial problems.

Keanu praises the process of creating the next installment of the popular "The Matrix". Besides, in the new version we will see the well-known Neo and Trinity, but we will not see Laurence Fishburne in one of his most famous life roles. In an interview with SyFy wire, he said he was not even invited to play the role of Morpheus. I wonder why - is his participation redundant, have they not yet written a suitable role for him or are they hesitating whether he will go to the final version of the script? I bet it's rather the former, but it's a pity. It would be nice to see Morpheus at least for a short, atmospheric cameo.

When it comes to Netflix, there will be a pack of new movies, series and anime as usual. I will not talk about them, because the offer differs depending on the country and the titles available in the USA will not be available in our country or in the UK. For certain things, we'll get a new series of "Pokemon" that I wrote about a while ago and an anime-style cartoon - this time "Dragon's Dogma". There will also be a series for fans of cinematography classics entitled "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" and a film for fans of Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson and Bill Skarsgard. Oh, there will also be a pedophile movie "Cuties". Full list at the link.

It seems that this time there will be no postponement of the release date and finally we will be able to watch the first cinematic and high-budget film since the beginning of the epidemic. I will keep my fingers crossed for "Tenet" to earn as much as possible. It will be useful both to us, the viewers and, above all, to cinemas that have felt Covid-19 much more than Disney and HBO, which have not managed to create movies or series for their streaming platforms. Two weeks ago I saw "Inception" with my girlfriend and just as I do not like most of Nolan's films (it is not synonymous with the fact that they are weak, in the form of an addition), I have never enjoyed watching his production so much. This was my third screening and I was afraid that I would be bored, as with the re-screening of his "Batman" trilogy, and it was extremely pleasant to watch. I hope that I will be able to write about "Tenet" similarly when I leave the cinema.

James Wan, the acclaimed horror writer and director of the first part of "Aquaman", confirmed that in the next movie about a hero talking to fish, scenes from the horror movies will reappear. He announced that we can expect more or less the same as in the first one.

Martin Scorsese gave a "seal of quality" to the Hungarian director who will make his English-language debut at the Venice Film Festival. In the movie "Pieces of a Woman" they played, among others Vanessa Kirby, Shia LaBeouf, and Molly Parker. I don't know about you, but I think I'll give it a chance. Someone like Mr. Martin doesn't give just anybody his "seal of approve", so I'm counting on at least a good movie.

Fans of figurines will be able to buy Geralt by "McFarlane Toys". I give up, not my cup of tea, and I prefer to spend my money on other gadgets. At most I will look at the photos and judge when it is ready.

Another good news for fans of "Krzyk". The series and film actress Melissa Barrera has joined the list of actors, who will play a key role in the next installment of the popular horror series. I looked at her account on IMDB and I don't know any productions with her.

Issa Rae and David Heyman will produce a movie for Netflix. Ghost in the Machine is an adaptation of a book about a middle-class girl who created a sophisticated scheme of electronic fraud with which she defrauded many banks.
