Personally, i will say if you have the money already Enugu is the best place to relax .

()Water is a major challenge In Enugu.
()Electricity when Compare to few other states is not that Bad . Depending on your Location you can have 24 hours Power supply without issue .
()Talking about Refreshment joint Enugu is your best bet for it.
Nice photos you have there. I've been to Enugu just once, in 2013. What I found peculiar were the giant tusk decorations in several places. Also they like Flavour's music a whole lot.
