A Trillion Trees: How One Idea Triumphed Over Trump’s Climate Denialism
It is far from clear that the United States government will actually plant any trees, or that a trillion trees would do much in the near term to stop the worst effects of planetary warming.
Interesting article about climate change and what might be done about it. I know in South Louisiana more cypress trees need to be planted in areas that were logged out or died because of lack of fresh water. As more fresh water diversions are put in, planting trees that will grow in the changed area sounds lie a good idea to me.

I read somewhere that they can plant trees from drones, or at least the seeds. Maybe mass planting is easier than it sounds.
I read that too, I'm sure it's going to happen at some point.
