The NEWUNREGDUPD Proposal: claiming tokens locked on contracts

Last Year we built the unregistered tool that has allowed over 2,100 accounts to recover their unclaimed tokens. With the help of EOS Authority who provided the GUI (https://eosauthority.com/unregistered) we have helped EOS users recover their tokens. However, there was still a pending issue with those people that had unclaimed tokens stuck in an Ethereum Smart contract.

According to the ethereum yellow paper the address of a contract can be deterministic derived using the address of the contract creator and a nonce:

For this reason, we have upgraded the unreg contract to provide support for contract owners. To claim the EOS tokens stuck in an Ethereum Smart contract, the contract creator must prove the ownership of the account that created the contract and also provide a nonce to derive the contract address.

We are currently not in a top 21 position, but we invite all main Block Producer to review and sign this proposal so that we can help those people who are still waiting to claim their EOS Tokens.

We believed that solving the unregistering tokens still is a top priority for the EOS Community, anyone that participated on the EOS Contribution period has the right to receive EOS tokens on mainnet.
