How about taking care of EOS legacy? :-) I mean adding STEEM and BTS to your exchange? Now when you have a good grasp of EOS, that shouldn't pose a technical challenge for you guys, plus it would be a nice gift for the EOS/Steem/BitShares communities, which have a lot in common.
