I know .... if you look at one of the sites that list the ICO's upcoming ongoing and past. They have a logo of the US map listed by each one... and sadly there are several where US citizens cannot participate .
I guess everyone is wary of the US gov, IRS and SEC. oh well I'll look at the tokens I like after they hit the exchanges .
