I am entering the following video post to the contest. I feel it is important because so many people who want to experience Astral Projection find themselves either drawing back at the last moment out of fear or simply don't have a method that works. This post that I authored with detailed description and approx 20 minute video that I recorded myself as well, presents a method that hopefully eliminates the fear and provides a working technique.
