Many people think antibiotics is a medicine to be taken while sick .. !! but they are wrong.
According to the Chairman of the Antimicrobial Resistance Control Committee, dr. Paraton Day, the habit of taking antibiotics not according to the rules will cause resistance to bacterial immunity. The bacteria will become immune to the antibiotic and can no longer be treated with the same dose.
.
"Antibiotics are only given against diseases caused by bacterial infections," said Dr. Hari at the National Symposium on Antimicrobials at Balai Kartini Jakarta, Tuesday, February 27, 2018 as reported by viva.co.id.
Using antibiotics as indicated is highly recommended, so it should not be indiscriminate.
Not all bacterial diseases need to take antibiotics. Some types of bacterial infections can actually heal by itself as the human immune system strengthens.
For example, inflammation of the throat, diarrhea, cough, runny nose and fever can also heal by human self healing.
You just need to eat lots of nutritious foods, vegetables, meat or chicken broth, and rest enough so that the body's immunity returns naturally. No need to rush to take drugs or antibiotics continue, especially if not advised by doctors to avoid resistance to it.
