Takoyaki
Bahan:
-175 gr tepung terigu
-2 btr kuning telur
-1 btr telur ayam
-350 ml kaldu cair
-1/2 sdt baking powder
-100 gr cumi kupas, lalu kukus dan potong dadu
-1 batang daun bawang, dicincang
-100 ml saus bulldog, siap saji
-50 ml mayonaise
-Katsu busyi secukupnya
-Minyak goreng secukupnya
-1/2 dtt garam
Cara Membuat:
1.Kocok telur dan kuning telur hingga rata, kemudian tuangkan kaldu cair sedikit demi sedikit hingga merata
2.Kemudian campur terigu, baking powder, garam lalu aduk rata. Masukkan kedalam campuran kaldu, aduk hingga adonan kental dan tercampur rata
3.Panaskan cetakan Takoyaki, olesi dengan minyak, olesi adonan hingga 1/2 cetakan
4.Masukkan potongan cumi dan daun bawang, tuangkan adonan tepung lagi untung menutupi isi takoyaki, lalu tutup cetakan
5.Masak hingga adonan mengembang, balikkan Takoyaki menggunakan lidi agar bentuknya tetap bulatMasak hingga Takoyaki matang merata, lalu angkat.
6.Taruh Takoyaki di atas piring saji, ditaburi katsu busyi , kemudian sajikan dengan mayonaise dan saus bulldog
