Hi rouza, a good morning to you as well. I’m bad, more often than not I skip Breakfast. I came across an eating plan that suggests that is not a bad idea. I’ll have to read more about it. So, for now breakfast it is. Nice bird. I started putting my photos on Twenty20 ( nick4033).
