FAVORITE SUSPENSION SUMMER

Man tend to get tired physically and morally. Probably each of us restores our physical strength during sleep, sleep is sweet at any time of the year.
But with moral fatigue, each person struggles in his own way, some must go to the other end of the world for this, the second is enough to swim in a kayak along a local river, third is shopping or something else.

For me, rest is an action from which the mood rises, this is a place where you can relax and forget about work, about the bustle of everyday life. This place is a forest!

For me, traveling to the forest is a favorite vacation, to someone it will seem strange, but there I really rest, every breath of fresh, stupefying air adds strength and, I hope, health. If this still turns out to pick berries or mushrooms, it is generally a celebration of the soul!

Since childhood I love springs, there is in them some kind of mystery and power.
Sit at the spring, get drunk and wash it with cold water, it's like being born again. And we know a lot of springs and wherever we go we must stop by to collect some spring water.

Rest is also communication with people whom you know and respect. We can chat about everything and nothing, from meeting with friends it becomes easy and calm.
