We all are hearing news about ETF approval from SEC from a long time which will bring the Crypto index and with this crypto index many institutional investors will enter into the crypto market and bring good amount of funds into the crypto market.
What is ETN and how it can help in bringing Institutional funds in crypto market?
ETN stands for Exchange Traded Note. The ETN is considered a ‘soft’ alternative to the Bitcoin ETF.
ETN will also allow investor to invest in Bitcoin with relative safety as investors do not own the actual commodity.
How ETF is different from ETN ?
ETF is marketable security which will track index of funds, a commodity or a basket of assets like Bitcoin.
In both the case ETN and ETF big players (institutional investors) can invest in crypto by purchasing a Share/Note whenever value of that Share or Note get increase then people can earn profit.
As we all know USA market for crypto currency is very big so ETN will encourage investors to invest big money through them and ETF is also a similar concept where SEC is a central body for crypto in USA - SEC will bring ETF through which people or big investors can Invest their money.

Hopefully we will see ETF approval very soon now and there will be 2 channels and options will be available to institutional investors to bring money into market. After this crypto should definitely go up now matter ETF approves or not.... Hopefully ETF will approve this time.
