I have been thinking about you lately, Maya, and wondering how you were doing. I'm glad that you have updated us again, but am sad to see that you keep running into walls and that nobody at MCFD is showing compassion of any sort for you and especially NOT for your daughter.
How any of this could possibly be in your daughter's best interest is impossible for me to see.
After about a dozen complaints back in 2014 about this SW I ended up not having her anymore and got this man....ANYWAY, long story short, the man is not longer there and guess who is now the SW back in Creston again....this woman...the same woman who has over stepped her boundaires, lying to my kids back in 2014, who tells kids tehy are never going home...thankfully we saved my son from MCFD but she is stil in their clutches....and now being controlled by a SW who has so much hatred for me....it rubs off onto the child. I begged her to put her feelings aside and talk to me....instead they hang up on me for over a year...and I found out yesterday that they gossip about me between offices....ya go figure....they can laugh about me, and I sit on the edge of death everyday...and hold on, hoping and just hoping a tiny bit to see her again and thta maybe someone one day will help us...I hold onto my son at home...and know I have to be here for him...that is my strength....this pain is horrible. :(

I admire your strength to continue even when the world seem against you. It is the love of a mother, and your daughter is lucky to have someone who hasn't given up on her. Mothers can't give up! I don't see how it can happen!.
Reading your post, I can only but share your pain here, and God bless the lawyer in town that has agreed despite all others turning you away .
I feel your pain, I just wished I could raise some of the load off you!!. Keep strong mayaabb, your beautiful girl needs that than ever.

By God, as much abuse and pain is possible, I imagine that as a mother you suffer but your daughter is heartbreaking to imagine her ordeal. Strength that comes together will have a happy ending!

How can anyone continue to ignore the fact that you keep fighting for her? No abusive parent would be doing that. Surely that in itself must raise the questions!

Can they actually, legally, kick you out of town?
I have no clue if this is legal...but they did....i actually feel this is against my human rights to travel and live freely according to the charter rights in canada, but I cant take this to the Supreme Ct, I am not to sure how to solve this one yet....confusing. Its what happens when the Child protection has Judges on their side, and rcmp...and everyone.
