To make sure your account is actually yours (the pics you have provided) it would be helpful with a new picture where we at the same time can see any sort of connection to steemit (you holding a paper that says steemit, or taking a pic in front of the screen with streemit up and you).

This is just to confirm that your account isn't just someone who made it, took the pics from facebook/the internet somewhere, and is pretending to be you.
Also this is just a one time thing requirement, but you don't have to feel pressured to do so, I just think it would give the post more authenticity.
