After several months, my crop of banana, bananas and snotty
Greetings friends
Today I want to present my first crop of 3 different cambur. After several months, almost a year of planting, it is an emotion for me to see the fruits born and grow in my small garden.
Here I put several photos. Soon, in a few days, they will be seized and the harvest shared with neighbors and family.
Harvest 1. brat
In some countries we call it brat, it is a type of cambur that is used for fish soups and sometimes, when they are very ripe, cut into slices and fried in oil.
Harvest 2. Small banana
The short cambur, is the common, is the fruit that children and adults eat. Excellent for juice and meringue. Also, as a supplement for fruit salads
Harvest 3. Long banana
It is a type of banana that is used once ripe, cut it in pieces round for soups of meats and chicken. Also cut along and fry, to complete lunches or meals.
Being green or pinton, it is used to make tostones or patacones.
It is important to highlight in a general way the benefits that the banana has for the health and the importance of having planted this plant that in addition to being its very rich fruits are also nutritious
The pulp of the ripe banana contains simple sugars glucose, dextrose and sucrose, which are transformed into immediate energy. That is why it is highly recommended at all ages to recover energy between meals or while a great physical effort is being made.
It also provides vitamins of group B. A medium banana provides 20% of the vitamin B6 that is needed daily and 12% of folic acid. In addition, these vitamins protect the immune and nervous systems.
- Reduces blood pressure
- Combat constipation
- Reduces acidity
- Neutralizes acidity and calms pains in the stomach
- Avoid fluid retention, recommended for cases of nephritis
This just brought joy to our hearts seeing that your banana plant is doing pretty well, we wish you a massive harvest.
