Influence Global Change // Sign up for a Free 3 Week Course
I have some exciting news for those who are interested in fashion, trade, ethics & activism. A free online course has been created in partnership with the University of Exeter. Being an investigator in our own lives is important and I believe this is especially true when it comes to discovering the truth of what we put on our bodies every day. It launches on June 25th, so you still have a week to sign up if this sounds like it might be up your alley. If you saw my Fashion Revolution post and it struck a chord with you in any way, then this course is something you won't want to miss. This short video sums it up really well:

Anyone with an internet browser, a word proccesser, and a will to partipate can join at no cost. Last year over 8,000 people from all around the world were apart of this. I had no idea it even happened last year, otherwise I would have been apart of that number! As the course takes just four hours a week for three weeks, I think it will be easy to find time to participate. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this opportunity, and to be able to share this with you all. Here are a few of the things you can hope to learn by signing up:
Just as we take care to make sure what we put in our bodies is good for us, we should be striving to do the same with what goes on our skin. It's time to empower and educate others about these choices and this course gives us a great chance to learn to do that. To sign up, click here
I appreciate each of your comments, re-steems, follows and up-votes, and for everyone who has inspired, encouraged, or given me tips along the way!
Wow, this sounds interesting. Happy #NeedleworkMonday to you, my dear!
Thank you for sharing about this global event with us. It looks like it could really make a huge impact on the fashion industry and it’s workers.
Wow! I'll sign up the course. And it's an interesting coincidence. I've been writing, deleting and writing about why I sew and knit etc ... to make my clothes by myself for few days. Definitely the Rana Plaza tragedy 5 years ago was one of the triggers me to do so. I resteem your post so that it spreads to Japanese community :)
