I just feel like sharing what i shared with my colleagues at work today that Just as a man can wear his tie in an incorrect length, he can also wear it at a correct length.
So, how long should I wear my tie? You may ask.
Here's the answer.....
Ideally, the tip of your tie should end in the middle of your belt buckle or waist band.
The last thing you want to do is get your tie stuck in your fly or pee on it. That would really be embarrassing.
It's an unforgiving sin to wear droopy ties that dangle below your belt.
I saw few guys recently doing this all in the name of 'swag'. But it never caught my attention.
But it's best you take off the tie and choose something much more fashionable.

And also, it's wrong to wear a short tie. Lol
If you're wearing a flat end knit tie, you should place the down part of the tie at the edge of your belt or waist band.
You are correct! I totally agree with the length of a properly tied neck tie. It should touch your belt. If it is too long you look like a slob and if it is too short you will look like a clown. Believe it or not you will be taken more seriously (for example during a job interview) if you are properly dressed. Great post thanks for sharing it.
