New Year and Your Finance: Fashion!

In the spirit of the new year's resolution, some of us have decided to inculcate more new habits that will aid financial prudence. The good news is you can restructure your wardrobe without expending your entire income. We can't deny that cutting the rate at which you shop for new wears without your wardrobe looking obsolete after some time is not real struggle. Luckily, i have researched for tips on how to successfully achieve this without serious struggle, I even tried some😜😜. Below are some of the researched tips, i hope you find them to be helpful. ▶Embellished shirt collars:

This has a way of giving your shirt or shirt dress, most especially a chiffon shirt, a totally new look. This can be achieved by beautifying it with stones/rhinestones/studds in an attractive pattern with the aid of a fabric glue or hot glue. Lace appliques of beautiful patterns can also be sewn on the collar edges.

▶Redefine ypur wears with new and decorative details especially the simple ones:

Plain outfits can be jazzed up and turned anew by applying embellishments. A decorative detail on a plain black dress or any color of dress will drastically change the look of that dress

▶Redefining hemlines of outfits:

Hemlines of outfits regardless of the type can be redefined to give it a different look. You could change the look of your regular jean trousers or skirt by frailing the hems as shown in the picture below

Also, to jazz up outfit hemlines, you could add a nice lace to give it a fragile look as shown below

▶Get creative with your jean pockets:

A very creative way to style your old pair of jeans or jean shorts is to embelish the pocket areas, you could removed the back pocket partially or fully and replace with rhinestones, studds, lace or even a floral fabric. It all depends on how experimental , creative or stylish you want to be.

▶Cuffs only:
The cuffs of a garment could also be redesigned to give the outfit an entirely different look/design.

P.S: very nice looking buttons can also be sewn on garments in place of beads, but it has to be strategically places.
