Do you know how the federal reserve actually Works??

Probably not most people don't for the purpose of this post I will not be going into a long detailed synopsis of how the fed works. I will however post a few great links so the reader can bone up on the feds workings. I also will discuss its faults.

Flaws

The Fed is a private public entity. Unlike any other government branch there are private holders of the fed. If the Fed has the ability to create money out of thin air and this power is being held by private hands. Do we need any more information to imagine that they may abuse this power to there own ends? Lets assume I am wrong though and every private member of the fed wakes up every morning and says lets manage our power to the better interest of the USA and not myself. The very nature of the fed being private it feeds conspiracy undermining government legitimacy. It leaves the door open for all kinds of theory that will otherwise harm our society. In effect the secret nature of the fed opens up the legitimacy of our monetary policy to all forms of collusion to its destruction. I remember a guest that was on a late night talk show that claimed to have been tasked with Auditing the federal reserve by former president Bill Clinton. According to here she was poisoned to stop this. This may or may not be true but it can't be refuted can it because no one can be questioned or investigated to determine if they did it or not. This is a spectacular flaw that literally lends its self to lies and false accusations and provides no recourse to real attacks that use the Federal reserver as a platform!

You have a minor grammatical mistake in the following sentence:

Do we need any more information to imagine that they may abuse this power to there own ends? Lets assume I am wrong though and every private member of the fed wakes up every morning and says lets manage our power to the better interest of the USA and not myself.
It should be their own instead of there own.
