Why is this age between 5 and 10 years crucial and very important in Alien civilization ???

I had mentioned in my earlier post that the age between 5 years and 10 years is very crucial and important in the life cycle of my Alien civilization. This stage in life is crucial because during this stage the Alien mind is very receptive to learning and can be moulded as per our requirements. The main requirement on our Planet is Peace and Harmony, to achieve this goal we try our best to influence the Alien mind when it is most receptive and mouldable.

Our best and matured individuals are the ones teaching and influencing our 5 to 10 years old students. What we teach our students is the same all over our planet. We have realised that what we teach our students during these 5 years gets imprinted in their minds for the rest of their lives. Teachers on our planet are highly paid and very experienced, I have seen and experienced just the opposite on Earth.

The teaching jobs on Earth do not carry the same amount of Prestige and Responsibility as the teaching jobs on my Planet. Over here on Earth, I have seen individuals become teachers just because they are not getting any other better-paying jobs.

I had mentioned earlier that Peace and Harmony are Our Alien cultures main requirement ???
