Folks don't complain or come forward because they're freelance and get hired on the success of their last gig. Unions are only a partial answer.... I feel like state labor boards need to get involved. Even that's a double edged sword.... between union benefits costs and state working regulations companies go out of the country to find cheaper labor. It's a vicious cycle :(
