To BOSU or Not to BOSU.....Is That Really a Question???
Hello My Steemian Family!!! I hope you all are have an Awesome Day!!
POP QUIZ Do you know what BOSU stands for???? Answer below in the comments!!!
Have you ever seen or even heard of a BOSU for that matter??????? They are not new but not really old either unless you spend lots of time at the gym like I do!!! I have been using it for years both in my own workouts and with my clients and it is never a dull moment while using this puppy!!! There are now tons of other companies that followed the lead of BOSU to make their own version of this amazing tool (Like the Terra Core from my previous post!!! ;-) Here is a picture of me having some BOSU Fun at the Beach!!! Yes, My BOSU is Pink (ONE of My Favorite Colors)..... Don't Judge ME!!! LOL
It is another one of those fun stability tools that makes your own bodyweight your worst nightmare but in such a good way!!! It challenges not only your core but practically every other muscle in your body in order to stop you from falling off of it!!! I love working my balance because well for one thing.....it's fun!!! But also my balance used to be terrible, so I love to see the progress I have made over the years through challenging myself in my workouts!!
I always get questions from people wanting to know what they can do with it so I decided to make a quick video to give you a few basic moves to get you started!!! Now, keep in mind, I said a few because there are literally hundreds of exercises you can do with this thing including squats, sit ups, and agility training!!!
I hope you enjoy the video and let me know how you do if you try the workout!!! Go for 3-4 rounds of this circuit. Beginner: 30 seconds each exercise, Intermediate: 45 seconds each exercise, Advanced: 60 seconds each exercise!! Have Fun!!!
