RE: PUSH UP YOUR LIFE WITH PUSH-UPS

in #fitness7 years ago

Push ups rules. Great exercise which you can do every where.

"The most push-ups I ever did in a continued sequence was 102.

Thats very nice.. I myself did once one set of 50 reps. However i did about 600 in one day once.

But now Im like you , about 30 tops.. then 20 then 15 then 20 until about 200 reps total. That should be more then enough for one day.

"Where it's like I have this idea about the results I possibly can get from doing push ups

Whatever you put in you will receive.. The results can be awesome, strenght, endurance, muscle gain.

Cool post btw and goodluck

600 in a day !

wow.

Nice one!

That were the good olds days :)Those were only the push ups. I added dips, pull ups, etc.. I/we went beast mode for a few months.. Then both my arms suffered from tennis arm. And i had to slow down.. That was heavier then acutally working out.

When injured i saw those Calisthenics freestyle, and i couldnt wait till practise it myself. Now i only train to stay a bit in shape.

really cool stuff dude. Thanks for sharing. Really enjoyed the video.

Interesting perspective about injury - is that it's just the quickest way for the body to heal itself, grow and expand. A reset is sometimes the easiest way for the body to become more developed....the injury forces you to slow down and get to know that part more intimately....like all the little support pieces/parts.

beast mode - I like it.
